FuturEnergy Ireland invites tenders from suitably qualified firms for a framework agreement regarding the provision of legal services.
FuturEnergy Ireland is a joint venture between ESB and Coillte. It aims to actively drive Ireland’s transition to a low carbon economy by developing 1GW of wind energy projects by 2030, enough to power more than 500,000 homes.
The competition is divided into four lots as follows:
- General Governance to include (but not limited to); Regulatory, Procurement, Data Protection, Employment
- Commercial and Energy to include (but not limited to); M&A, Contracts, Finance, IP, Offtake/Markets and Competition
- Planning and Disputes to include (but not limited to); Environmental and Litigation
- Land and Property
