Kennedys is looking for a Senior Associate/Associate to join our Healthcare and Life Sciences’ team in Dublin. The successful Senior Associate/Associate will work in a fast paced environment in the clinical negligence, healthcare, regulatory and life sciences’ team led by Partner Joanne O’Sullivan.

We are interested in speaking to candidates with litigation experience in healthcare matters. We will consider part time working and candidates who are looking to relocate to Dublin.

Our team in Dublin has expanded significantly we are now over 50 strong with further growth planned. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded firm and make a difference. Team

Kennedys’ Healthcare team advise clinicians, hospitals, allied healthcare professionals and their insurers on both contentious and non-contentious healthcare legal issues, including, but not limited to medical malpractice litigation, handling a large volume of sensitive and high profile cases, inquests, health law advice and regulatory matters.

The life sciences’ team advise pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and their insurers on high profile, multi-jurisdiction litigation.

  • Contentious and non-contentious healthcare legal issues and medical product liability claims.

Required experience

  • Irish Qualified Solicitor and / or England & Wales, with relevant experience
  • A high level of litigation experience in healthcare matters is essential
  • Life sciences’ experience preferred, but not essential
