#InPictures: Supreme Court sits in Letterkenny

The Supreme Court yesterday sat in Letterkenny, Co Donegal in its first-ever sitting in the north-west of Ireland.

The court heard the case of Imran v. Minister of Justice, which concerns an issue of public importance in relation to the requirement for a proportionality assessment in a decision to revoke permanent residency.
