Dublin firm Philip Lee has announced the appointment of Amanda-Jayne Comyn as a partner in the firm’s tax department.
Ms Comyn joined in 2018 from an accountancy firm, bringing over 15 combined years’ experience in professional tax roles.
She is a qualified barrister-at-law and a Chartered Tax Adviser with extensive knowledge across the field of tax.
She advises the firm’s clients on tax issues in corporate and personal transactions, tax planning, tax litigation and dealing with Revenue.
Speaking to Irish Legal News on her appointment, Ms Comyn said: “I am delighted to be joining such a dynamic firm and bringing the experience I have gained over the last 15 years which I feel complements both the existing and growth practice areas of Philip Lee.
“Tax advice forms a crucial part of client service and our aim is to build the existing tax team in line with the progression of the rest of the firm over the coming years.”
